This book, known as Reclaiming Work in the UK, is an awesome look at what it means to be estranged from work by capitalist economic systems. While I don't agree with all his post-marxist conclusions, with their implicit condoning of the maintenance of hierarchy within the workplace, it is nonetheless an important exploration of a radical idea: the importance of meaningful work.
